Ingredients: Crushed olives, carrots, celery, fennel, cucumber, extra virgin olive oil, apple vinegar, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt.
Features: The green Nocellara del Belice olives have an intense flavor, enhanced by the presence of other aromatic ingredients. In fact, parsley, garlic, and oregano blend perfectly with the intensity of the olive and burst into a harmony of lingering flavors. Crunchy texture, medium-large size. Crushed olives with pit.
Processing: The Nocellara del Belice olives are hand-picked at the Carmela Turnaturi farm's olive groves. The olives are harvested green, expertly recognizing the right degree of ripeness. Then they are vacuum-packed.
Shelf life: 6 months
Storage: avoid exposing the package to heat sources or direct light. Once opened, keep the package in the fridge at +4°C.
Pairings: The seasoned green olives are a perfect snack for aperitifs, pleasantly accompanying a glass of wine or a beer.
