Ingredients: Olives (98.8%), extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, parsley, oregano, fennel, garlic, chili pepper, salt. Acidifier: L-Ascorbic acid Antioxidant: Lactic acid (0.1%).
Characteristics: Nocellara del Belice green olives have an intense flavor, enhanced by the presence of other aromatic ingredients. In fact, chili pepper, garlic, oregano, and fennel blend perfectly with the intensity of the olive and burst into a harmony of persistent flavors. Crunchy texture, medium-large size. Whole olives with pit.
Processing: The Nocellara del Belice olives are hand-picked from the olive groves of the Carmela Turnaturi farm. The olives are picked green, expertly recognizing the right degree of ripeness. This is followed by vacuum packaging.
Shelf life: 6 months
Storage: avoid exposing the package to heat sources or direct light. Once opened, store the package in the fridge at +4°C.
Pairings: The seasoned green olives are a perfect appetizer snack, which pleasantly accompanies a glass of wine or a beer.
