Ingredients: Olives (99.8%), water, salt. Acidifier: L-Ascorbic acid Antioxidant: Lactic acid (0.1%).
Features: Nocellara del Belice green olives, with a fresh and intense flavor. Crunchy texture, medium-large size. Whole olives with pit.
Processing: The Nocellara del Belice olives are harvested exclusively by hand. Traditional Sicilian artisanal methods are followed. The olive keeps its initial crunchiness and becomes milder. The vacuum packaging ensures the preservation of the original characteristics of the product.
Shelf life: 6 months
Storage: Avoid exposing the package to heat sources or direct light. Once opened, keep refrigerated at +4°C.
